Incredible $30 Cartography Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

Following a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back with an encore available through early December. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. And there are multiple package options available here.

The Main Attraction

The standout feature is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, a professional-grade mapping application which enables users to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Bundle Tiers

Entry Level

The cheapest bundle tier, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This package suits existing CC3+ users, but it does offer new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from the company's long-running monthly subscription service featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from all sides. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to design entire planets or galaxies, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character illustrations. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly an even better deal for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the applications only function on Windows.

Similar to previous bundles, part of every purchase supports charitable organizations. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide through education, health care, and emergency relief.
